this shower is amazing, looks great, feels great, quality materials, and has a fabulous customer care team ready to help. The diverted handle (bottom) turns toward the hot/cold water indicators to change the temp. Anyway, despite the moaning and groaning about that imagined issue with the diverted plate and the increased install complexity of the plumbing… the shower head works flawlessly. The rain head is amazing, the hand held convenient and powerful, and the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you for the great product and service as well.

A quality product that was made for people that like to install it themselve. Instruction are a step by step installation which made it very easy. My wife is thrilled with the design and usability and so am l. We would highly recommend this faucet. Affordable, stylish, useful, and will not break the sink
